The hotel rooms offer gorgeous views of the water and mainland with stunning sunsets. While the rooms were immaculately clean, there was a strong chemical spray smell that was overwhelming. Having to go to the front desk for pool towels and the fear of being charged for not returning them all was inconvenient. Our room was not serviced during our stay, requiring us to request items and take out our trash ourselves.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, providing a magnificent view of the marsh. The hotel had a lovely seating area with a couch and chair, a refrigerator, and a microwave. It was spacious and perfect for a group of six. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was great, close to various dining and shopping options. The dining experience was enjoyable, with a good variety of items.
